Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, luminous yellow hue. The nose is expressive and inviting, with ripe apple, citrus fruit and a delicate touch of honey. On the palate, it is fresh, lively and beautifully balanced, with crisp acidity, subtle sweetness and a long, mineral-driven finish. With its structure and balance, it has the capacity to develop gracefully for several years.

Production
This Riesling comes from the Karthäuserhofberg vineyard in Eitelsbach, a site known for its steep slopes and mineral-rich soils that lend the wine its distinctive tension and clarity. The grapes are carefully selected from the estate’s best parcels and vinified with a focus on preserving purity, freshness and the natural expression of the terroir.

Food & Serving
Ideal as an aperitif, this Kabinett also pairs wonderfully with delicate fish dishes, shellfish, light Asian cuisine and mildly spiced fare. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C to best highlight its aromatic precision and refreshing acidity. Decanting is not necessary.
