This wine is an excellent match for oysters, scallops, lobster, fine white fish, and creamy poultry dishes, as well as delicate goat’s cheese. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C to best showcase its freshness and complexity; decanting is generally not necessary, though a short aeration can help open the wine in its youth.
