The blend is composed of 90% Ribolla Gialla, 5% Friulano/Sauvignon Vert, and 5% Riesling, with the wine aged for six months in 750-liter Slavonian oak casks, a gentle élevage that preserves freshness while adding subtle texture and complexity.

This is an excellent match for shellfish, grilled white fish, sushi, light pasta dishes, and vegetable-based Mediterranean cuisine. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C to highlight its freshness and precision, and decanting is not necessary.
