Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright straw-yellow color with subtle green highlights, immediately suggesting freshness and vitality. The nose is intense and fruit-driven, offering notes of banana, ripe golden apple, and a gentle aromatic lift that adds charm and complexity. The palate is fresh, savory, and well balanced, with a pleasing softness that gives the wine a smooth, approachable texture. Its fruity finish is clean and inviting, and while it is ready to enjoy now, it should also hold its appeal beautifully over the next few years.

Produced in Dolegna del Collio in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, this Chardonnay benefits from one of northern Italy’s most respected terroirs for expressive white wines. The area’s cool nights and temperate growing conditions help preserve freshness and aromatic detail, while careful harvesting and vinification are aimed at highlighting the grape’s natural elegance and balance.

This Chardonnay is a versatile match for seafood, shellfish, risotto, roast chicken, and creamy pasta dishes, as well as mild cheeses and vegetable-based appetizers. Serve it well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
