The vineyards are located in La Seca, Valladolid, within the heart of Rueda, where Javier Sanz Viticultor works across a mosaic of parcels, farms, and small vineyard plots totaling 104 hectares. The combination of gravelly soils, a dry continental climate, and strong day-to-night temperature swings helps preserve freshness and aromatic intensity in the grapes. Winemaking focuses on expressing the personality of the site and maintaining the estate’s commitment to sustainable viticulture.
