Crafted from J. de Villebois’ signature Sauvignon Blanc de France and carefully de-alcoholized, it brings the freshness, aromatics, and regional identity you’d expect from a premium Loire white—without the alcohol.

Tasting Notes
Pale lemon in the glass with a bright, polished sheen, it opens with a lively bouquet of gooseberry, candied citrus, white flowers, pear, and honeydew melon. The aroma is expressive and inviting, with a touch of gentle sweetness that gives the wine extra charm and lift. On the palate, it is crisp, refreshing, and silky, with a convincing line of acidity supporting soft fruit sweetness and a pleasantly textured finish. It is best enjoyed for its youthful freshness rather than long cellaring, as its appeal lies in its immediate aromatic vibrancy and zesty drinkability.

Production
Made in the Loire Valley from fruit sourced from the Loire and the Atlantic coast, this alcohol-free Sauvignon Blanc starts life as J. de Villebois’ signature Sauvignon Blanc de France. The alcohol is then carefully removed through vacuum distillation, preserving the wine’s varietal character and delicate regional expression without added flavourings or manipulation.

Food & Serving
A versatile alcohol-free white for light dishes and relaxed sipping. It pairs well with fresh goat cheese, green salads, seafood, sushi, asparagus, and lightly spiced vegetable dishes. Serve well chilled, ideally around 6–8°C, and decanting is not necessary.
