Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, inviting character with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, apricot, melon and fresh orchard apple. The bouquet is layered with vanilla, warm spice, and a subtle hint of nutmeg and cinnamon, giving it a generous and aromatic profile. On the palate, it is soft and creamy yet remains lively and fresh, with fine acidity keeping everything balanced. The texture is rounded and silky, with a clean, elegant finish. Drink now for its youthful energy, or cellar for 5–6 years to allow the texture and complexity to develop further.

Production
The grapes were harvested in the early morning hours to preserve freshness and fruit purity, with only the best fruit selected for pressing. After gentle pressing, the juice was transferred to temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, where fermentation took place using Burgundy yeast strains. The wine then spent six months in French oak barrels to build roundness and softness while adding its signature vanilla notes. A portion underwent malolactic fermentation, contributing a delicate creamy character and a touch of buttery richness.

This Chardonnay is an excellent match for roast chicken, grilled salmon, creamy pasta dishes, lobster, or dishes with butter and mild spice. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C, and consider brief decanting only if you want to open up its oak-driven aromatics, though it is ready to enjoy straight from the bottle.
