It combines expressive aromatics with a full-bodied character, reflecting the estate’s long history and its close connection to the local landscape and maritime-mountain climate.

Tasting Notes
The wine shows an intense ruby-red colour. Its nose is delicate yet pronounced, with an aromatic, layered character. On the palate, it is complex and full-bodied, balancing generous fruit with a rounded, polished texture and a lively sense of freshness. The 2024 vintage is best enjoyed in its youth, when its aromatic intensity and supple structure are most expressive. It should develop further over the next few years, although extended cellaring is not essential for appreciating its character.

Production
The vineyards are located among the scenic hills of Monteprandone, where breezes from the Adriatic Sea meet cooler air descending from the Sibillini Mountains. This creates a healthy, well-balanced microclimate that encourages even grape ripening. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperatures for 8–10 days. The wine then spends six months ageing on its lees before being bottled cold, helping preserve its freshness and aromatic precision.

Food & Serving
Serve this versatile red at around 16–18°C. It is a natural match for pasta with tomato-based or meat sauces, pizza, grilled sausages, roasted poultry and uncomplicated red-meat dishes. Decanting is not necessary for the 2024 vintage, though a short period of aeration in the glass or a brief decant can help open its aromas before serving.
