Tasting Notes
Bright and fresh in appearance, this white wine opens with lively aromas of ripe orchard fruit, citrus and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and aromatic, balanced by crisp freshness and an appealing mineral character. The texture is rounded yet energetic, with a clean, refreshing finish. Enjoy it in its youth to appreciate its vibrant fruit and freshness. Short-term bottle ageing may allow the wine’s texture and mineral nuances to develop further, although it is best suited to being enjoyed within the next few years.

Production
The vineyards lie among the beautiful hills of Monteprandone in Ascoli Piceno, where breezes from the Adriatic Sea meet cooler air descending from the Sibillini Mountains. This combination creates a healthy, well-balanced microclimate that encourages even grape ripening. The Passerina grapes undergo a brief skin maceration before fermentation in stainless-steel tanks. The wine then rests on its lees for six months, followed by cold bottling to preserve its freshness and aromatic character.

Food & Serving
A versatile partner for seafood, grilled prawns, shellfish, sushi and fresh fish dishes, it also works well with vegetable risottos, light pasta dishes, salads and mild fresh cheeses. Serve chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Decanting is not necessary; simply open shortly before serving to allow the aromas to emerge.
