Tasting Notes
The wine shows a clear straw-yellow colour. Its nose is fresh and fruit-forward, with expressive aromatic notes and a clean, inviting profile. On the palate, it is rounded and flavourful, balancing ripe fruit with mineral nuances and refreshing acidity. A delicate bitterness lingers on the finish, adding pleasant character and length. Best enjoyed in its youth, while its freshness and aromatic vibrancy are at their most pronounced.

Production
The vineyards are located among the beautiful hills of Monteprandone in the province of Ascoli Piceno, where breezes from the Adriatic Sea meet cooler currents from the Sibillini Mountains. This combination creates a healthy, well-balanced microclimate and helps the grapes ripen gradually. The wine undergoes a short period of skin maceration before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, preserving its fresh fruit and aromatic character.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled at around 8–10°C. Its fruit, mineral character and refreshing finish make it a versatile match for seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, fresh pasta with delicate sauces, salads and light antipasti. Decanting is not necessary; simply open shortly before serving to allow the aromas to develop in the glass.
