Tasting Notes
The wine shows a bright straw-yellow colour with delicate green reflections. Its aroma is inviting and focused, with fresh fruit, floral nuances and a subtle mineral character. On the palate, Aurato is full-bodied yet lively, revealing layers of mineral and floral flavour supported by good structure and a clean, refreshing finish. It is best enjoyed young, while its freshness and aromatic purity are at their peak, though it should remain enjoyable over the next couple of years when well stored.

Production
The vineyards are located in the hills of Ascoli Piceno near Monteprandone, where breezes from the Adriatic Sea meet cooler air descending from the Sibillini Mountains. This combination creates a healthy, well-balanced microclimate that encourages even grape ripening. The grapes undergo low-temperature thermovinification with a short period of skin maceration, followed by maturation in stainless-steel tanks to preserve the wine’s fresh fruit, floral aromas and mineral character.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its structure and freshness make it a versatile partner for seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, vegetable antipasti, fresh cheeses and light pasta dishes. Decanting is not necessary; simply open shortly before serving or allow the wine a few minutes in the glass to reveal more of its aroma.
