Tasting Notes
Typically presenting a bright ruby colour, this Pinot Noir shows inviting aromas of red berries, cherry and subtle floral notes, complemented by gentle spice. On the palate, it is expected to be fresh and medium-bodied, with supple tannins, lively acidity and a lingering finish marked by ripe red fruit. Enjoy it for its youthful fruit and freshness. While it is best appreciated relatively young, careful short-term cellaring may allow the texture and savoury nuances to develop further.

Food & Serving
Serve slightly cool, at approximately 14–16°C, to highlight the wine’s freshness and aromatic detail. It pairs well with roast chicken, duck, pork, mushroom dishes, pasta with tomato-based sauces and lightly seasoned charcuterie. Decanting is generally not necessary, although a brief aeration can help open the wine when served soon after opening.
