Tasting Notes
Pale gold in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse, this Champagne is bright and inviting from the first pour. The nose opens with fresh citrus, white flowers, crisp apple, and a subtle hint of brioche and chalky minerality. On the palate, it is lively and balanced, combining freshness with a rounded texture and notes of lemon peel, pear, almond, and delicate pastry. The finish is clean and elegant, with enough structure to suggest excellent versatility at the table. As a non-vintage Champagne, it is designed for immediate enjoyment, though it will hold well for a few years under proper storage.

The wine is made through careful vinification in stainless steel and extended time on lees to build texture and complexity.

This Champagne is a natural match for oysters, shellfish, sushi, smoked salmon, fried seafood, and light poultry dishes, as well as creamy cheeses and simple canapés. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and no decanting is needed.
