Domaine Haut-Marin is situated near Gondrin in Gascony, where vineyards occupy clay and limestone hills rich in marine fossils—a reminder that the Gers was once covered by the sea. The estate farms 120 hectares, with the majority dedicated to white-wine production, and focuses on preserving purity and freshness. Food & Serving

Founded in 2007 by Elisabeth Prataviera, Domaine Haut-Marin is a family business shaped by both inherited winemaking knowledge and an independent vision for Gascony. Elisabeth grew up at the neighbouring Domaine Ménard before establishing her own estate near Gondrin, just ten minutes away. The domaine is devoted to producing Côtes de Gascogne wines that reflect the purity of the local landscape, with white wines representing around 90% of its vineyard production, alongside smaller amounts of red and rosé wine, Armagnac and Floc de Gascogne.
