Flavors of cassis, plum, dried herbs, and mineral tones unfold धीरेfully, finishing with length and restraint rather than sheer power. Château Haut-Brion sits on the gravelly soils of Pessac-Léognan, where excellent drainage and the moderating influence of Bordeaux’s climate help produce wines of exceptional balance. The estate’s vineyards are planted on deep gravel and clay-limestone subsoils, contributing both concentration and aromatic complexity. Harvesting is carried out with careful parcel selection, and vinification is traditionally meticulous, with fermentation and élevage designed to preserve purity, structure, and the estate’s distinct character.
