Les Sentes de Mareuil is sourced from vineyards around the village of Mareuil in Champagne, where cool climate and chalk-influenced soils naturally yield grapes with high acidity and finesse. Grapes are carefully hand-harvested at optimal ripeness to protect fruit integrity and allow strict selection in the vineyard. In the cellar, Harlin Père et Fils follows traditional Champagne methods: gentle pressing of whole clusters, temperature-controlled fermentation, and prolonged aging on the lees in bottle to build texture and complexity before disgorgement. Dosage is kept moderate to highlight the wine’s tension, purity, and sense of place.
