Tasting Notes
In the glass, it pours an intense cherry-red with deep ruby highlights. The bouquet is layered and generous, opening with ripe cherries, plums, and blackberries, then unfolding into violets, lilacs, dark chocolate, black pepper, and exotic spices, with subtle touches of toast, balsamic, and minerality adding further complexity. The palate is full-bodied and velvety, with a creamy texture and dark fruit at its core. Polished, ripe tannins and fresh acidity provide balance and lift, while cacao, spice, and a fine mineral edge keep the wine precise and elegant. The finish is long, intense, and harmonious, with lingering notes of black fruit, pepper, chocolate, and a gentle balsamic nuance. It has the structure and concentration to age well over the next several years.

Habla Nº36 2022 is an excellent match for grilled red meats, game, roast lamb, and mature cheeses. Serve it at around 16–18°C to allow the aromas and structure to fully open; decanting for about an hour is recommended, especially if enjoying it in its youth.
