Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a refined, translucent ruby hue typical of high-quality Pinot Noir. The palate is precise and vibrant, echoing the aromatic profile with juicy red fruit, bright acidity, and an elegant mineral core. Production
The wine comes from Brunnenhäuschen, a limestone-rich vineyard site in Rheinhessen that contributes tension, minerality, and lift. Grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted before pressing, ensuring only the best fruit makes it into the final wine. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels, followed by maturation in oak as well, with a relatively small proportion of new wood so the Pinot Noir’s character remains front and center.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for duck, roast chicken, veal, mushroom dishes, game birds, and truffle-based recipes. It also works beautifully with salmon or tuna prepared simply, allowing the wine’s finesse to shine. Serve at around 15–17°C, and decant briefly if possible to let the aromatic complexity open up.
