With further aeration, mature notes of forest floor, tobacco and leather emerge, adding depth and nuance. On the palate, it is intense and beautifully structured, with Nebbiolo’s distinctive, finely grained tannins supported by fresh acidity. Flavours of ripe red fruit, spice and mineral tones lead to a long, persistent finish. The tannins have softened with age, while the wine retains the energy and structure to develop further over the coming years when well stored.

Serve at approximately 18°C after allowing the wine to breathe.
