Tasting Notes
Atis typically shows a deep, concentrated ruby color in the glass, hinting at its structure and depth. The nose is likely to be refined yet expressive, with dark berries, ripe plum, Mediterranean herbs, tobacco, cedar, and subtle spice unfolding with air. Serve Atis with rich dishes such as grilled ribeye, roast lamb, venison, braised beef, or mature hard cheeses. It is best enjoyed at around 16–18°C, and decanting for 1–2 hours is recommended to allow the aromas and tannins to open fully.
