Gourt de Mautens works with meticulous attention in the vineyard, typically favoring organic/biodynamic principles, hand-harvesting at optimal ripeness to capture both depth of fruit and fresh, natural acidity. In the cellar, the Grenache-dominated blend was raised for an extended 24–36 months in a combination of large foudres and demi-muids, a choice that gently polishes the wine and adds texture without masking its terroir-driven character.
