Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep amber-gold colour, hinting at its long maturation. The nose opens with inviting notes of baked apple, dried fruit, sweet spice, toasted oak, and a subtle sherry richness. On the palate, it is full-bodied and warming, with layers of orchard fruit, raisins, toffee, cinnamon, and elegant oak spice. The finish is long, smooth, and gently dry, with a warm, refined character that lingers beautifully. Thanks to its age and balance, it has excellent drinking potential now and can continue to impress for years in the bottle if stored well.

Production
This whisky is matured in a combination of Spanish Oloroso sherry casks and American oak, creating a layered style that balances fruity depth with structure and warmth. Each batch is individually numbered and carefully monitored, ensuring a high level of consistency while preserving the character of the oak, the long aging period, and Glenfiddich’s signature Speyside style.

Food & Serving

Serve at room temperature, and decanting is not necessary, though a few minutes in the glass will help the aromas open up.
