Tasting Notes
In the glass, it pours a warm amber-gold hue, signaling its long maturation in oak. The nose opens with baked apple, dried fruit, honey, and a gentle layer of oak spice, followed by subtle notes of vanilla and citrus peel. On the palate, it is smooth and rounded, with flavors of stewed orchard fruit, toffee, warm spice, and toasted wood woven together in excellent balance. The finish is long, polished, and slightly dry, with lingering sweetness and spice. Thanks to its maturity and structure, it has the depth to drink beautifully now, while remaining remarkably composed for a whisky of this age.

The whisky is crafted from select casks and married in small batches before bottling, allowing the distillery to preserve consistency while enhancing complexity and harmony.

Food & Serving
Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to open the aromas and soften the oak. It pairs well with dark chocolate, roasted nuts, crème brûlée, or mature hard cheeses, and also makes an excellent after-dinner dram. Serve at room temperature and decanting is not necessary.
