On the palate, it is medium-bodied and refined, with fine tannins, lively acidity, and a graceful balance of fruit, floral notes, and mineral tension. The finish is clean and persistent, showing the classic structure of Nebbiolo and suggesting good short- to medium-term aging potential.

Production
This wine comes from vineyards in Piedmont, where Nebbiolo benefits from the region’s limestone- and marl-rich soils and cool continental climate. The grapes are harvested with care at optimal ripeness, then vinified in a traditional style that preserves freshness, fragrance, and varietal purity rather than emphasizing heavy extraction or oak influence.
