Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a clear golden color with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is refined and expressive, offering ripe fruit, white flowers, toasted nuts, and subtle brioche notes. On the palate, it is rich and generous, yet beautifully balanced by fresh acidity and a creamy texture. The finish is long, mineral, and precise, with the structure to continue developing gracefully over time.

Production
This cuvée is sourced from some of Champagne G.H. Mumm’s finest Grand Cru vineyards, where chalky soils and a cool climate help preserve freshness and aromatic detail. Pinot Noir provides structure and depth, while Chardonnay brings elegance and lift. The grapes are selected with great care, and the vinification is aimed at preserving purity, complexity, and the layered character of the vintage.

Food & Serving
Ideal for celebratory moments, this Champagne pairs wonderfully with scallops, lobster, fine shellfish, and delicate aged cheeses. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C to fully appreciate its finesse, and decanting is not necessary.
