Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a youthful, deep ruby hue with bright reflections. The nose is generous and inviting, with aromas of ripe red and dark berries, wild herbs, peppery spice, and a touch of earthy garrigue character. On the palate, expect a supple, medium-bodied wine with juicy fruit, lively freshness, and a smooth but defined structure. Grenache brings warmth and roundness, while Syrah adds dark fruit, spice, and grip. It should drink beautifully on release and can also develop additional complexity over the next few years.
