Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a rich golden-yellow hue that speaks to its age and concentration. The nose is layered and expressive, with aromas of ripe orchard fruits, honey, and delicate spice, unfolding beautifully with air. On the palate, this Auslese is full-bodied and remarkably complex, balancing noble sweetness with the vibrant acidity Riesling is known for. Production
Sourced from Hattenheimer Nussbrunnen in the Rheingau, a vineyard area known for its excellent exposure and ability to produce finely structured, age-worthy Rieslings, this wine was made from the best grapes of the vintage. The fruit was hand-harvested and carefully sorted to ensure only the most suitable berries were used, resulting in a wine of precision, concentration, and balance.

Food & Serving
This Riesling Auslese pairs beautifully with fruit-based desserts, crème brûlée, blue cheese, or a refined cheese course. Serve lightly chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, though opening the bottle a little before serving can help the aromas emerge more fully.
