Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright golden color that reflects its maturity and depth. Food & Serving
This Riesling Auslese pairs beautifully with rich desserts such as crème brûlée or tiramisu, but it also works surprisingly well with spicy Asian cuisine and bold cheeses. Serve slightly chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, though a short period in the glass can help the aromas open further.
