Tasting Notes
In the glass, this wine shows a vibrant ruby-red color with youthful purple reflections. The nose is bright and inviting, with aromas of ripe red cherry, blackberry, violet, and a subtle almond-like nuance typical of Dolcetto. On the palate, it is fresh, soft, and fruit-forward, with smooth tannins, balanced acidity, and a pleasantly dry finish. The 2025 vintage is best enjoyed for its youthful energy and charm, though it can develop gracefully over the next few years if stored well.

Production
Sourced from Piedmont, this Dolcetto d'Alba is produced from carefully handled fruit and fermented with maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 25-27°C for 6-8 days. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 5-7 months in steel or cement, followed by 1-2 months in bottle to preserve its freshness and pure varietal expression.

Food & Serving
This is an ideal wine for everyday meals and pairs especially well with pasta with tomato-based sauces, roasted poultry, charcuterie, mushroom dishes, and mild cheeses. Serve slightly cool at around 16-18°C, and decanting is not necessary unless you prefer to open it a little earlier for air.
