Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep red color that hints at its concentration and maturity. The nose is expressive and layered, offering ripe dark fruit, warm spice, and subtle notes of tobacco, while the palate is full-bodied and complex with well-integrated tannins and a harmonious balance between fruit and structure. The finish is long and refined, leaving impressions of vanilla and chocolate that add a touch of softness to its firm backbone. This is a wine with excellent aging potential, and even at this stage it still has the depth and composure to evolve further in bottle.

This wine is an excellent match for roasted or grilled red meats, game dishes, and mature cheeses, where its depth and tannic structure can shine alongside rich flavors. Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for at least an hour to allow its aromas and texture to open fully, especially if enjoyed now rather than cellared further.
