Tasting Notes

Food & Serving
This is a superb match for rich and flavorful dishes such as braised beef, veal, game, truffle risotto, mushroom dishes, and aged cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant for at least 1–2 hours if drinking now to allow the wine to खुल up fully and soften its tannins.
