This wine comes from Fitou in Roussillon, where vineyards benefit from a dry Mediterranean climate, strong sunshine, and cooling influences that help preserve balance in the grapes. The blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan is traditionally suited to the region’s rocky, well-drained soils, producing wines with concentration and structure.
