Production
Sourced from hillside vineyards in Campania, this wine reflects Falanghina’s affinity for volcanic soils and a mild Mediterranean climate, where warm days and cooling breezes help preserve acidity and aromatic intensity. Grapes are typically harvested by hand to ensure only healthy, ripe clusters are selected for the base wine. After a gentle pressing and a cool, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel to lock in freshness and primary fruit, the wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in tank (Charmat/Martinotti method), creating its fine bubbles while preserving Falanghina’s pure, floral and citrus character. The result is a clean, modern sparkling wine that still speaks clearly of its southern Italian origins.

Feudi San Gregorio Falanghina Brut is a natural partner for seafood and light Mediterranean dishes.
