Production
Made in Tuscany from a careful selection of Sangiovese grapes, this wine reflects the character of its region through both fruit quality and thoughtful élevage. The grapes are vinified with the goal of preserving finesse and expression, then the wine spends 24 months aging in French oak barrels followed by 12 months in bottle, allowing it to gain harmony, depth, and complexity.

Ideal with roasted or grilled red meats, game dishes, and aged cheeses, where its structure and savory notes can shine. Serve at around 16-18°C, and decanting is recommended to help the bouquet open up and to soften the wine’s mature edges.
