Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a classic salmon-pink colour, bright and delicate. The nose is lifted and clean, with aromas of fresh red berries, soft citrus, and a gentle Mediterranean spice that adds character without overpowering the wine. On the palate, it is crisp, refreshing, and finely balanced, with pure red fruit flavours and a savoury, lightly spiced finish. The style is immediate and approachable, yet has enough structure to stay vibrant through the vintage. Best enjoyed young for its freshness and aromatic clarity.

Production
Chateau Favori is located in the heart of Provence’s Var region, where the climate and soils are ideal for producing refined rosé wines. The estate works as naturally as possible, limiting pesticide use to a minimum and carrying out vineyard work and harvest largely by hand to preserve fruit quality. The wine is made in the classic Provence tradition, typically drawing on local varieties such as Grenache Noir, Cinsault, and Carignan, with strict selection in the vineyard and at harvest to ensure clean, expressive fruit.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C. This rosé is an excellent partner for Provençal dishes, grilled seafood, fresh salads, light poultry, Mediterranean vegetables, and dishes with herbs or a touch of spice. No decanting is needed; simply open and enjoy its freshness.
