Favori Méditerranée 2024 is a beautifully pale, salmon-pink rosé from the Pays du Var, just west of Provence, made for relaxed sharing and effortless celebration. Presented in a striking 1.5L magnum bottle, it captures the sunny Mediterranean style that has made Provence rosé so beloved, with a fresh, clean profile and a subtle touch of spice.

Production
Favori is produced in the Var region in southern France, where the Mediterranean climate, coastal influence, and Provençal terroir are ideal for refined rosé wines. The estate works in close harmony with nature, keeping pesticide use to an absolute minimum, and both vineyard work and harvesting are carried out manually wherever possible. Strict selection in the vineyard and careful fruit control help ensure high quality, and the wines are certified organic.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled, ideally around 8-10°C, to highlight the wine’s freshness and delicate fruit. It is a natural match for Provençal dishes, grilled seafood, salads, tapas, light pasta, and Mediterranean fare, and no decanting is needed.
