Tasting Notes
In the glass, the wine shows a bright lemon-yellow colour. The nose opens with white flowers, peach, hazelnut, and a lift of citrus, giving it both elegance and warmth. On the palate, it is full-bodied and layered, with tropical fruit and ripe stone fruit wrapped around juicy acidity and a soft, rounded texture. The overall impression is harmonious and balanced, finishing with a long, satisfying echo of fruit, nuttiness, and freshness. While already very appealing in its youth, the structure and depth suggest it should hold and evolve well over the next few years, developing even more complexity with time.

Production
This wine comes from a special vineyard site in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, where sandy, limestone, and clay soils help shape a white wine with both richness and clarity. The blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Bourboulenc, and Clairette is selected to combine breadth, aromatic lift, freshness, and structure. Famille Quiot works with minimal intervention and careful vinification to preserve the character of the site and the natural balance of the grapes.

This is an excellent match for roast poultry, grilled fish, lobster, creamy seafood dishes, and refined vegetarian plates such as risotto or mushroom tart. Serve it chilled at around 10–12°C to bring out its aromatic complexity and freshness. Decanting is not usually necessary, but a short airing can help if you want to open up the wine’s richer layers.
