Tasting Notes
Pale lemon in the glass, this Chardonnay is bright and refined, with an inviting aromatic profile of green and yellow apple, pineapple, lemon, elderflower, and white blossoms. On the palate, it stays on the lighter side, with citrus and elderflower taking center stage in a finely balanced, linear style. The wine’s freshness and detail make it especially appealing now, though it has enough structure to develop gracefully over the short to medium term. This is not a heavily oaked Chardonnay; instead, it offers clarity, finesse, and a polished, quietly expressive finish.

Production
The fruit comes from Olivet Ranch, a biodynamically farmed site in Santa Rosa at the heart of Russian River Valley, an area known for producing cool-climate wines with vibrancy and precision. The vineyard is hand-harvested and carefully sorted, while fermentation and aging are carried out with a mix of French oak barrels and cement vessels to preserve freshness while adding subtle texture.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled at around 10–12°C. This Chardonnay pairs well with roasted chicken, seared fish, shellfish, creamy pasta, or grilled vegetables, especially dishes with lemon, herbs, or subtle richness. Decanting is not necessary.
