Whispering Angel is one of the most recognisable rosés from Provence, prized for its pale colour, clean style and easy elegance. Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows the very pale salmon-pink hue that has become a hallmark of high-quality Provence rosé. The nose is fresh and inviting, with notes of red berries, citrus, peach and a subtle floral lift. On the palate, it is crisp, dry and nicely textured, balancing ripe summer fruit with refreshing acidity and a clean, mineral finish. It is made for early enjoyment rather than long cellaring, and is best appreciated while youthful and vibrant.

Production
Sourced from vineyards in the Côtes de Provence, where warm Mediterranean sunshine is tempered by coastal influences and cooling nights, the wine reflects the region’s ideal conditions for refined rosé. Grapes are typically harvested at the point of freshness and gently pressed to preserve colour and aromatics, followed by cool fermentation to capture the wine’s delicate fruit and crisp character.

Food & Serving
Whispering Angel is wonderfully versatile with Mediterranean dishes, salads, grilled seafood, sushi, light poultry and soft cheeses. Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
