Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a clear straw-yellow color with subtle green reflections, signaling freshness and precision. The nose is bright and aromatic, with fresh fruit tones lifted by a delicate hint of vanilla from the oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied, harmonious, and refined, with a very fine acidity that keeps the wine lively and well-balanced. The oak aging adds texture and depth without overpowering the Chardonnay character, giving it good development potential over the next few years.

Production
This organic Chardonnay comes from Trentino-Alto Adige, a region known for its cool Alpine influence, which helps preserve freshness and aromatic clarity in the grapes. It is fermented in large French oak barrels and tonneaux, then matured for 7 months in the same vessels to build complexity while maintaining elegance.

A versatile Chardonnay like this pairs beautifully with roasted poultry, creamy pasta dishes, grilled fish, and shellfish with buttery sauces. Serve it slightly chilled at around 10–12°C, and consider a short decant if you want to open up the oak and aromatic layers more quickly.
