Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a pale straw-yellow color with green reflections, hinting at its fresh, youthful character. The nose is immediately expressive, with aromas of grapefruit, passion fruit, green apple, and freshly cut herbs. On the palate, it is juicy and refreshing, with lively acidity carrying flavors of ripe citrus and orchard fruit through to a long, clean finish. While delicious young for its bright fruit and snap, it should hold its freshness well over the near term rather than for long cellar aging.

Production
The grapes are carefully selected from cooler vineyard sites in Puglia, chosen to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. Harvesting is done with attention to optimal ripeness, and the wine is vinified with minimal intervention to protect the purity of the Sauvignon Blanc fruit and keep the style clean, precise, and expressive.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled at 8–10°C to highlight its crisp acidity and aromatic lift. It pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, light salads, goat cheese, asparagus, and dishes with fresh herbs or citrus; decanting is not necessary.
