In the cellar, Egon Müller Le Gallais follows a classical, low-intervention approach: gentle pressing, slow, spontaneous fermentation (often in stainless steel or traditional large oak) and extended time on the fine lees, allowing the wine’s natural balance of fruit, acidity, and modest residual sugar to define the final style without heavy winemaking signatures.
