Vinification is traditional with a modern precision: careful sorting, followed by temperature‑controlled fermentation and extended maceration on the skins to extract color, aroma and fine tannins. The wine is then aged—typically around two years—in carefully selected oak (often a mix of barrique and larger barrels), allowing structure to integrate while preserving the purity of Nebbiolo fruit and the distinctive character of each site before bottling and further rest in the cellar.
