This is an excellent match for roast lamb, beef tenderloin, venison, duck breast, or dishes with mushrooms and truffle. It also pairs beautifully with aged hard cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant for several hours if opened young or if you want to let the bouquet fully unfold.
