Sourced from California’s cool North Coast, the wine benefits from a climate that helps preserve freshness, aromatic intensity, and natural acidity. The blend is crafted mainly from Sauvignon Blanc, with a small amount of Sémillon to add roundness and complexity. Fermentation and aging take place primarily in stainless steel to maintain purity of fruit, while a small portion spends five months in French oak to bring subtle texture and finesse.
