Dr. von Bassermann-Jordan MARGRIT Rosé Brut Nature 2017 is a dry, vintage rosé sparkling wine from Germany’s Pfalz region. With no added dosage, the Brut Nature style is designed to express the wine’s natural freshness and structure with exceptional precision.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C in a tulip-shaped sparkling wine glass to preserve both freshness and aroma. Its dry, vibrant style should pair well with oysters, smoked salmon, sushi, delicate seafood, charcuterie and lightly seasoned vegetarian dishes. Decanting is not recommended; open shortly before serving and allow the wine a few minutes to develop in the glass.
