Vinification is carried out with great care to preserve aromatic purity, acidity, and the wine’s natural richness.

Food & Serving
This wine is excellent with blue cheese, foie gras, fruit-based desserts, tarte Tatin, or simply enjoyed on its own as a meditative end to a special meal. Serve chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and decanting is generally not necessary unless you wish to gently aerate an older bottle before serving.
