Tasting Notes
Expect a deep, dark color in the glass, hinting at the wine’s concentration and structure. The nose is likely to show ripe blackcurrant, plum, and dark cherry, layered with subtle notes of cedar, graphite, spice, and a gentle touch of oak. On the palate, Othello 2019 is poised and expressive, with generous dark fruit framed by firm tannins and bright natural freshness. The Cabernet Sauvignon core provides depth and structure, while Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc add lift, spice, and complexity. Production
Othello comes from Napanook in Napa Valley, where the vines are carefully tended to encourage fully mature fruit of the highest quality. The vineyard is dry-farmed, with no irrigation used, forcing the roots to grow deep into the lean soils in search of water and nutrients, a practice that contributes to concentration and terroir expression. After gentle extraction, the wine is matured in 228-liter French oak barriques.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, or game dishes, as well as hard aged cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for 1–2 hours to allow the wine to खुल fully and soften its tannins, especially in its youth.
