Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Valpolicella shows a bright, translucent ruby-red hue with violet highlights – youthful and inviting. The nose is immediately expressive, offering red cherries, wild strawberries and crushed raspberries, layered with hints of dried herbs, rose petals and a subtle touch of spice typical of the local varieties. On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied, juicy and refreshing, with lively acidity that makes each sip feel crisp and moreish. Production
The grapes for this Valpolicella Classico are sourced from certified organic vineyards in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica zone, on the highest hillside slopes where cooler temperatures and good ventilation help preserve aromatic intensity and natural acidity. The soils here are predominantly limestone and clay, contributing to the wine’s finesse and minerality. Grapes are harvested by hand to ensure careful selection of healthy, perfectly ripe bunches. In the cellar, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to protect the delicate fruit aromas, followed by a short period of maturation in tank before bottling to retain freshness, purity and the typical lightness that Valpolicella is known for.

Food & Serving
This Valpolicella Classico is a versatile partner at the table, ideal with antipasti, charcuterie, tomato-based pastas, grilled vegetables, pizza, roast chicken, or lighter meat dishes such as pork or veal scaloppine. It also works beautifully with mild to medium cheeses, especially semi-aged Italian styles. Serve at 15–17°C to highlight its bright fruit and lively acidity. Decanting is not essential for this youthful style, but opening the bottle 15–20 minutes before serving will help the aromas fully open up.
