Domaines Auriol Bacchus & Coutumes Bio Rosé 2025 is a fresh, organic rosé from Languedoc in southern France, made in a modern Mediterranean style that feels both elegant and easy to enjoy. Crafted from Syrah and Grenache, it brings together vibrant fruit, gentle spice, and a distinctly sunny southern character rooted in the region’s long winemaking tradition.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a delicate light salmon-pink colour that immediately signals freshness. The nose is open and inviting, with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant, and a subtle citrus lift. On the palate, the wine is crisp yet supple, with juicy red fruit, lively acidity, and a clean, dry finish that gives it a refined, easy-drinking charm. The 2025 vintage highlights the wine’s aromatic freshness and balance, offering ripe fruit without losing its bright, refreshing edge. It is best enjoyed young, when its fruit-driven style is at its most expressive, though it has enough structure to remain pleasant over the short term.

Production
The grapes come from sunny organic vineyards near the Mediterranean coast, where warm days and cooling influences help develop full flavour while preserving balance. Syrah contributes freshness, red fruit, and a light spicy note, while Grenache adds softness, roundness, and juicy fruit concentration. Vinification is carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to protect the wine’s purity, freshness, and delicate aromatic profile.

Food & Serving
This rosé is a natural match for summer salads, grilled prawns, Mediterranean vegetable dishes, charcuterie, light tapas, and grilled chicken. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, to emphasize its freshness and fruit. Decanting is not necessary; simply open and pour.
